U.S. Marshals on the Lookout for Another Group of Missing Teens

Cleveland - As part of Operation Safety Net, U.S. Marshals are teaming up with multiple media outlets with the goal of finding missing, endangered juveniles.

Wednesday, marshals asked for your help in finding the following missing children:

  • Celina Balzano - She is 17 years old and was reported missing to Mentor. She is believed to be on the west side of Cleveland.
  • Kyla Putt - She is 16 years old and was reported missing to the Toledo Police Dept. She is believed to be on the near west side of Cleveland.
  • Emma Raifsnyder - 17 years old and reported missing to CPD. She has been seen around W. 25th street, and near West Blvd and Lorain Ave.
  • Ashanti Lamar - 17 years old and reported missing to CPD. Ashanti is believed to be in the Kinsman Road area or Maple Heights.
  • Icysis Moore - She is 17 years old and reported missing to East Cleveland PD. She was last seen in the area of East 74th and Woodland.
