(Cleveland) - There's new life for the old May Company Building. It's being converted into apartments.
The former department store on Public Square is now owned by Bedrock, the real estate company controlled by Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert.
Apartments will range from a 570 square foot studio at $1,250 per month, up to a three bedroom, 2.5 bath unit, starting at $2,960 per month.
The building will have 307 apartments, with features including an open-air atrium, a rooftop terrace with gas grills and fire pits, fitness center, and onsite property management.
