Cleveland - The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inviting you to stop by for free outdoor activities on the plaza during Family Fun Days on August 2nd, 9th and 16th.
The Rock Hall encouraging you to bring the whole family, including the kids and dogs, for live music, food and drink trucks, chalk murals, photos at the Long Live Rock art installation, and other free activities on the plaza.
This Sunday, August 2nd at 12:30 p.m., you can enjoy live performances by The Beck Center. Plus, on August 9th and 16th at 11 a.m, you can participate in a music and movement activities with The Music Settlement. Visit rockhall.com/events for Family Fun Day activity schedules.
With health and safety in mind, there’s plenty of room to social distance on the plaza and masks are required except for children under 10 and others seated at a table enjoying food and drinks.
In addition to the free plaza activities, purchase general admission on Sundays for even more fun, such as photo scavenger hunts and madlibs, along with great new exhibits and the Rock Hall’s massive exhibit of the most iconic instruments of rock & roll, Play It Loud, co-organized with The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Throughout the summer, you can also enjoy free Live & Local Series performances on Thursday’s and Saturdays from 5-7 p.m., including Brent Kirby this Saturday, August 1st. Plus, free Lunch by the Lake sets on Fridays and Saturdays from 12-2 p.m. with the Rock Hall’s Resident Rockers Jack Harris and Siena Bella.
Also, the Rainey Institute Dance Program is bringing arts to the community giving kids the chance to learn something new at prominent places around Cleveland. On August 4th and 6th, join the Rainey Band and their Dance Mastery instructors on the plaza for free lessons in youth bucket drumming and dancing.
