Cleveland - The pandemic may not be necessarily helping things, but Cleveland is not very high on Wallethub's list of 2020's Best and Worst Cities for Renters.
Cleveland sits at 179th out of 182 cities included in the survey.
The personal finance website considered 24 key indicators of rental attractiveness and quality of life when putting together the study, which included things like historical rental-price changes, cost of living and job availability.

- 73rd– Rental Vacancy Rate
- 179th– Rent-to-Price Ratio
- 68th – Cost of Living
- 162nd – Safety
- 114th – Severely Cost-Burdened Renter Households
- 114th– City Satisfaction Ranking
- 173rd– Job Market
The best city for renters, according to Wallethub, Bismark, North Dakota. The worst, Hialeah, Florida.
