Fugitive of the Week: Kyle Flowers

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Kyle Flowers.

Flowers is wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder. It is alleged that on June 1st, near E. 70th and Quimby Ave, Flowers shot and killed 37-year-old Frank Lyons Jr, while Lyons was sitting inside a vehicle.

Flowers, 28, is a described as a black male, standing 5 feet 8 inches and weighing 290 pounds. Flower’s last known address is near the 200 block of Northridge Oval., Brooklyn, Ohio. Flowers is to be considered armed and dangerous.
