(Cleveland) - Just a few days after releasing the shortened 2020 schedule, the Cleveland Indians have released a full schedule for 2021.
The Indians say the 2021 season will start in Detroit on April 1. After the three-game series with the Tigers, the Tribe will be in Progressive Field for the home opener on Monday, April 5, against the Kansas City Royals. That's part of a five-game homestand against Kansas City and Detroit.
The Indians will be at home for the first Independence Day since 2017, as they host the Houston Astros on July 4.
