(Cleveland) - Police have arrested the suspect in a road rage case in which a pregnant woman and a six-month-old boy were shot and wounded.
Police say 54-year-old Nathaniel Jolly was arrested Monday.
Police believe he's the man who pulled up alongside an SUV on the east side, and accusing the driver of hitting his SUV. Jolly is then accused of cutting off the other SUV, and opening fire, with bullets hitting the baby and his pregnant aunt.
Surveillance video then showed an SUV fitting the description of Jolly's pull into a gas station at East 116th and Union, then driving away.
The baby boy and the woman had non-life threatening injuries.
