(Akron) - You'll be seeing the Goodyear Blimp over much of Northeast Ohio this week. Wingfoot Three, the Akron-based airship, will be flying over hospitals.
It's a "Thank you" for hospital workers and other essential employees during the pandemic.
On Monday, the blimp will be over Cleveland-area hospitals between 10:30 a.m. and 2:45 p.m.
Tuesday, it will fly over Akron, Canton, and Massillon
Wednesday's flights will be over Youngstown and Warren.
Thursday, the flights wrap up with trips over hospitals in Medina, Lodi, Ashland, Wooster, and Mansfield.
