(Cleveland) - Thoroughbred horse racing will return to Northeast Ohio for the first time since the pandemic, with one thing missing - spectators.
JACK Thistledown Racino will begin its racing season Thursday, June 4, with an eight race card Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Racing will be through October 21.
There will also be select Saturday races, including the 86th Ohio Derby on Saturday, June 27.
The State of Ohio has allowed racetracks and racinos to resume racing without fans in the stands.
