(Cleveland) - A man who lives in a group home on Cleveland's east side is missing.
Cleveland Police are looking for 63-year-old Gregory Dillard, who never returned to his group home in the Kinsman area after leaving for an outing.
Dillard is 5'10" and weighs 150. He was last wearing a winter hat, a brown leather jacket, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes. Police were also told he has no teeth, and walks slowly. The police report says Dillard is schizophrenic, epileptic, diabetic, and has heart issues.
He usually is around the area on Kinsman Road between East 131st and East 143rd.
If he is seen, call 911.
