(Euclid) - Euclid Police have put out a missing adult report for a woman with Alzheimer's, who went missing on Monday.
Police say 68-year-old Patty Mosley walked away from her home on Lake Shore Boulevard Monday afternoon and didn't come back.
Mosley is 5'6", weighs 130, has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue pants with black stripes, a brown coat, black and yellow tennis shoes, and carring a black duffle bag with the word "Nikki" on it.
