The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Glen Rankins.
Rankins is wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for felonious assault. It is alleged that on December 13th, 2019 Rankins held a man at gunpoint in a gas station located near E.123rd Street and St. Clair Avenue in Cleveland and demanded that the man give him money. The victim attempted to run for cover but was ultimately shot in the face by Rankins. The victim was able to flee from the store and drive himself to the hospital for treatment.
Rankins, 33, is a described as a black male, standing 5 feet 6 inches and weighing 145 pounds. Rankin’s last known address is near the 14700 block of Elm Ave, East Cleveland. Rankins is to be considered armed and dangerous.
