Values-in-Action invites you to “Values Matter” a benefit reception on Thursday, January 30th at Executive Caterers at Landerhaven. Being honored are Sean Stack, Chairman and CEO of Aleris for the “Malden Mills Corporate Kindness Award”; Barbara and Tim Marlowe, humanitarians and parents for the “Alan B. Schonberg Community Rescuer Award”; Rabbi Jeffrey Meyers, Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburg for the “Rescuer of Humanity Award” and Rev. Dr. Otis Moss III, Pastor of Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago for the “Gordon E. Heffern Award for Values, Ethics and Community”.

Values-in-Action is committed to empowering students and adults to act with values such as integrity, kindness, respect, love, open communication, hope, a commitment to giving back, believing in one’s self and believing in others. Values-in-Action’s 2020 VALUES MATTER honorees are shining examples of these values. Since 1994, Values-in-Action’s Project Love school programming has trained 539,206 students. All event proceeds enable Values-in-Action to continue and expand its valuable character, workforce and anti-bullying trainings to schools in Northeast Ohio and across the country
