(PORT CLINTON) Port Clinton police say it appears Harley Dilly, missing since December 20th, became trapped in a chimney at a neighboring home.

"This appears to be an accident," says Port Clinton police chief Rob Hickman. "At this time, there does not seem to be any foul play."

Hickman says it appears the 14-year-old climbed an antennae next to the house and entered the chimney before getting stuck. He says searchers checked the home multiple times and conducted a thorough investigation.

Dilly was last seen on surveillance video near his school the Friday morning he disappeared.

"This is a tragic outcome to the case and a tough loss to the community," says Hickman.
