DALLAS, TX -- The Cleveland Cavaliers got obliterated by the Dallas Mavericks in all aspects of the game. After a close first quarter, the Mavs lit up Cleveland for 82 points in the 2nd and 3rd quarter combined, cruising to a 143-101 victory over the visiting Cavaliers.

Luka Doncic continued his MVP pace of play as each night he makes the game of basketball look easy. Doncic lead the Mavericks in points with 30 points, 14 dimes, and 7 boards in only 28 minutes of play. When Luka wasn't scoring with ease, he was finding his teammates for efficient looks, and hey continually knocked them down. The Dallas Mavericks shot lights out for the entirety of the game, shooting a bizarre 58% from the field, and knocking down 28 triples.

The Cavaliers started out the game with a solid effort, ending the first quarter with a deficit of only 3, before getting the doors blown off for the remainder of the game. Despite an ugly final score, the Cavaliers did have one bright spot, and that was Darius Garland. The rookie guard out of Vanderbilt scored a career high 23 points, as he was seeing red from the three-point line, knocking down 5 of 8 three pointers. Tristan Thompson appeared to be left off the starting lineup, before a last-minute switch left him starting in place of Larry Nance Jr. Thompson finished the game with 10 points and 8 boards.

The Cavaliers have now dropped six consecutive games, and will head back home to take on the Portland Trail Blazers in the second night of a back-to-back. Tip-off on Saturday evening is set for 8:00 pm ET at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio. Check out highlights from tonight's game below!
