Broadview Heights - It was a special day for a few dozen people at Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School Friday.
46 people were sworn in as official United States Citizens in the school's auditorium. The oath given by U.S. District Court Judge Christopher Boyko.
"No one got arrested, everyone's happy. This is always a great event and I'm honored to be a part of it," said Boyko, who attended and oversaw the event at the school for the second time.
The event was put together by Parma Councilman and BBHS history teacher Sean Brennan, and featured student-speakers, community members and the district superintendent.
