(AVON) Avon Police have arrested Luis M. Oritz after he walked out of the Home Depot at Avon Commons with a DeWalt Four Tool Value Pack worth about $300. Officers chased Ortiz after he fled on foot and jumped a chain link fence. Patrolman Justin Murray ran him down.
Ortiz accused of committing several similar thefts at area Home Depots.
