Arrested: Devin Brownlee27 from Bowling Green Ohio

Charges: Disorderly Conduct by Intoxication

Solon Police were dispatched to the Market District Café on a complaint of a male sleeping in the café who was disorientated and described as “out of it”. Upon arrival of the responding units they were met by Solon Fire employees who described the male as being intoxicated. A series of field tests were conducted and it was determined that the male was in fact intoxicated. The male was arrested and taken to the Solon Correction Center.

Time: 9:56 AM

Location: 32000 Woodsdale Ln.

A resident in the 32000 block of Woodsdale Ln. reported that between 4:15 PM October 29, 2019 and 9:56 AM someone had entered his residence and removed two televisions. The victim reported that one of the T.V’s had been removed from the wall and the second had been stored in the garage. Investigating officers learned that the victim was prepping his house for an upcoming sale and he had hired an individual to assist with moving items and this person had inquired about purchasing the items. Solon Detective Bureau is investigating.

Offense: Criminal Trespass

Time: 9:13 PM

Location: 35000 block Pettibone Rd.

Solon Police responded to a residence in the 35000 block of Pettibone Rd. on a complaint of an individual trespassing. The caller reported that at 8:10 PM she observed a white male on her motion activated camera approach the side of her house and then leave a moment later. While on the phone with the dispatchers an hour later her daughter advised her that the male had returned. The male fled the area prior to police arrival. K-9 Stryker was called to the scene and conducted a track. The subject could not be located. The male may possibly have a Mohawk type haircut with dark hair.
