NEW ENGLAND, MA -- The Cleveland Browns turned the ball over on three consecutive snaps on offense in the first quarter, as the Patriots jumped out to a comfortable lead. Cleveland's bellcow running back Nick Chubb had two fumbles in back-to-back plays, as the first fumble was caused by the cleat of Browns offensive lineman Joel Bitonio. New England jumped out to a 17-0 lead in the first quarter and never looked back, cruising to a 27-13 victory over the visiting Cleveland Browns to move to a perfect 8-0 on the season.

The Browns were able to crawl back into the game as they trimmed the Patriots lead to 17-10 early into the third quarter, before giving up a touchdown drive to Tom Brady and the high powered Patriots offense. Nick Chubb bounced back from his two fumbles, as he torched the New England defense for 194 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown. Chubb, who had zero fumbles in his rookie campaign, now has three fumbles lost on the season. Baker Mayfield finished the game completing 20 of 31 passes, throwing for 194 yards with one touchdown and one interception.

Tom Brady tossed two touchdown passes, both being caught by Julian Edelman in the same exact spot in the endzone. Second year back out of Georgia Sony Michel took the bulk of the carries for New England, as he rushed for 74 yards on 21 attempts. Bill Belichick earned his 300th career NFL coaching victory. Belichick sits behind Don Shula and George Halas on the all-time win list in the NFL.

The 2-5 Cleveland Browns will head to Denver to take on the Broncos next Sunday. Kickoff is set for 4:25 pm ET at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, Colorado. Check out highlights from today's game below!
