The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Nicholas Sloan.
Sloan is wanted by the Parma Police Department for domestic violence and felonious assault. It is alleged that on Sept. 20, Sloan physically assaulted his girlfriend and her juvenile daughter by choking them at a residence near the 7500 block of Liberty Ave, Parma. Sloan also allegedly threw the juvenile girl to the ground resulting in brief loss of consciousness. Sloan fled the residence before officers arrived.
Sloan, 37, is a white male, standing approximately 5 feet 9 inches and weighing 140 pounds. Sloan is known to frequent Cleveland’s west side. It is believed that his hair is cut short.
