Cleveland Police Searching For Attempted Abduction Suspect

Cleveland - Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted for abduction.

On September 25th, 2019 at approximately 6:40am a 16 yr old female was walking on E.36th St and Prospect Ave. when she noticed an unknown African American male following her. The female sat down at the bus stop at E.36th and Euclid, where the suspect followed and sat next to her. The suspect began masturbating and the juvenile got up to run away. The suspect attempted to grab her wrist, but she was able to fight him off. The suspect was described as an African American male 6’00”, 200 lbs, early 30’s, may be bald or have a receding hair line, small goatee, wearing a black front zipper hoodie (pulled over his head), with red, black, and white pajama pants. Police are also seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted for kidnapping.

On October 1st, 2019 at approximately 7:00am a 14 yr old female was walking on E.36th and Cedar Ave. when an unknown African American male grabbed her face and attempted to pull her away by her wrist. The female was able to break free from the suspect and flag down a citizen for help. The suspect was describe as an African American male 6’00”, slim build, bald head, bearded, dark complexed skin, with facial tattoos (some red), wearing a black front zipper hoodie (pulled over his head), black jogging pants, and black Air Force 1 shoes. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the 3rd District Detective Bureau at (216) 623-5318.

In both incidents the suspect was described as a African American Male, approximately 6’00”, 200 lbs, early 30’s, may be bald or have a receding hair line, Tattoos under both eyes (red and black lightning bolts), small goatee or facial hair, wearing a black front zipper hoodie pulled over his head. At this time it is unknown if this is the same suspect in these incidents. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the 3rd District Detective Bureau at 216-623-5318.
