Cleveland, OH - This morning the Citizens Bank inside the Acme store located at 3979 Medina Road, Akron, Ohio was robbed. It is believed this is the same suspect as the Fairview Park Huntington Bank robbery from Tuesday, September 24th and the Broadview Heights Huntington Bank robbery from September 19th. The suspect presented a demand note and was provided an undisclosed amount of currency.
The unknown suspect is described as a white male, 5’10” – 5’11”, thin build. He utilized a skateboard to flee the bank area today, as he did in the Tuesday Huntington Bank robbery ultimately entering a large van to flee the area.
Tips can be provided on the identity of the unknown suspect’s identity to the Cleveland Division of the FBI at 216-622-6842, tips can be provided anonymously. Reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of the individual responsible.
