CLEVELAND, OH - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Joshua Townsend. Townsend is wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder. It is alleged that on June 25, Townsend shot and killed Justin Powell, 20. Responding officers found Powell shot multiple times, laying on the side walk near the 17600 block of S. Miles Road, Cleveland. Powell was officially pronounced dead at MetroHealth Hospital.
Townsend, 18, is a black male, standing approximately 5 feet 6 inches and weighing 130 pounds. Townsend’s last known address is near the 3600 block of E. 57th Street, Cleveland. Townsend is to be considered armed and dangerous.
