Several females were contacted after posting sexually explicit ads on various escort websites. Prior to the females arriving to the aforementioned hotel, they conversed with undercover police officers and agreed to engage in sexual activities for hire. Upon arrival at the hotel, the arrested parties would confirm the price and the sex act to be provided. After this information had been relayed, back-up officers would enter the room and make the arrest. When officers attempted to arrest Paige DiCarlo she removed a plastic baggie from her bra and swallowed it. DiCarlo actively resisted the officers as they attempted to take her into custody. Officers stationed outside the hotel observed a vehicle leaving after dropping off one of the females. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to have a suspended driver’s license from Florida. A search of the vehicle uncovered marijuana, condoms and cash.
