Northfield - MGM Resorts International has launched GameSense, an industry-best program that aligns responsible gambling policies with enhanced customer service and education, at its acquired property, MGM Northfield Park in Northfield, Ohio.
MGM Resorts is at the forefront of defining and promoting responsible gambling within the industry, and it’s a major focus at every one of the company’s casinos worldwide. Since launching nationwide in 2017, GameSense has already sparked more than 900,000 conversations with guests. By implementing GameSense, responsible gambling education and support will be integrated into MGM Northfield Park’s guest service culture. It's all designed to help guests make informed decisions and keep gambling fun.
“As part of the MGM family we are committed to responsible gambling practices, which is why it was a priority for MGM Northfield to incorporate GameSense into our operation,” said MGM Northfield Park President & COO Chris Kelley. “We are dedicated to training our team and having resources available for all of our guests, to ensure they feel supported when they visit us.”
GameSense will come alive through personal interactions between guests and trained staff based at each property’s member rewards location. In addition to speaking to trained employees, guests of MGM Northfield Park will be able to utilize interactive GameSense touchscreens and pick up educational materials and other resources.
