Cleveland, OH - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Surfin Percy. Percy is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office for failing to appear for trial. Percy is being accused of raping of a minor.
Percy, 38, is a white male, standing approximately 5 feet 7 inches and weighing 190 pounds. Percy’s last known address is near the 2500 Block of Zircon Street Northeast, Canton Ohio. He is also known to frequent locations in Cleveland and Mansfield. Percy is a former security guard and part time police officer, and should be considered armed and dangerous.
