Ohio is well represented in a recent study looking over the best beach towns in the United States.
Personal finance WalletHub compared 192 cities across 62 key indicators of livability, with data set ranging from housing costs to share of for-sale waterfront homes to quality of beach water.
Six cities grace the list, including Bay Village, which earned a top ten spot.
Bay Village also the led the charge in lowest housing costs and another key category, safety. The city had the lowest crimes per 1,000 residents on the list.
Rounding out the Ohio cities that found their way on the list were Rocky River at number 12, Vermilion at number 24, Ashtabula at number 39, Oregon at number 40 and Lorain at 45.
And if you're looking for warm water, Vermilion just may be the place to go. The city had the warmest high temperature of water on the list.
