Cleveland, OH - The Cleveland Metroparks water taxi, "elCee2" will resume operation for the season on Sunday, May 12th. The water taxi takes passengers across the Cuyahoga River directly underneath the Main Avenue bridge between the east bank and west bank of The Flats. The water taxi will be free for passengers again in 2019 thanks to the sponsorship of ArcelorMittal.
The "eLCee2" can accommodate seventeen passengers, is handicapped accessible and welcomes bike riders and dogs. More than 47,000 people were on board in 2018.
Hours of operation:
Fridays: 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturdays: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sundays: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Memorial Day: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
4th of July: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Labor Day: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
