Wooster - The Wooster Police Department is searching for 15-year-old Talia Harper.
She was reported missing Tuesday around 9:40 AM and hasn’t been seen since Monday around 8:30 p.m. near the Beall Avenue McDonald's.
Harper has a rose tattoo on her right wrist and a semicolon with a feather on her left wrist.
