Cleveland, OH - On Friday at approximately 3:30 pm the Chase bank located at 7703 Broadview Rd, Seven Hills was robbed.
The suspect entered the bank and waited in the lobby for several minutes before approaching the teller line. The suspect verbally stated " give me all your 50's and 100's and do it quietly", he also presented a demand note indicating a bank robbery. The bank teller complied with the suspects demands. The Suspect fled the bank on foot and no physical injuries were reported.
Witnesses describe the suspect as a white male in his mid to late 30's with black facial hair. It is believed this is the same suspect that robbed the Chase Bank in Mentor on the Lake last week.
Law enforcement believes the suspect could be Cory Timbs, age 30. A local arrest warrant has been issued for Timbs for the Mentor on the Lake bank robbery.
Law enforcement is asking for assistance from the public on where Timbs is currently located. Tips can be provided to the Cleveland FBI, Seven Hills PD, Mentor on the Lake PD or Crimestoppers. Reward money is available for information leading to the successful arrest and prosecution of the person responsible.
