The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Andrew Long. Long is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Cleveland Division of Police for felonious assault. On Oct. 10, 2018 it is alleged that Long shot a 41-year-old multiple times. The victim survived but was severely injured.
Long, 38, is a black male, standing approximately 5 feet 10 inches and weighing 200 pounds. Long’s last known address is near the 10100 Block of North Blvd., Cleveland. Long is to be considered armed and dangerous.
