Short Euclid Standoff Ends Peacefully, Suspect In Custody

Euclid - Euclid Police responded to a home near the corner of East 250th street and Treadwell Avenue around 7am Tuesday morning after a domestic dispute turned dangerous.

A man inside reportedly got into a fight with a woman, who left and called police. The man, with an infant child and multiple guns inside, would not come out for officers, and a standoff ensued.

Swat was also called to the scene as a precautionary measure.

The standoff lasted less then an hour, and then the suspect walked out and was taken into custody.

No injuries were reported.

Shortly after, officers searched the home and left with multiple guns in tow.

Charges against the suspect are pending.
