The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Kyron Marlin. Marlin is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder. It is alleged that in December of 2018, Marlin shot and killed Andre Smith in the parking lot of an auto sales establishment on East 105th Street near Hampden Avenue.
Marlin, 43, is a black male, standing approximately 5 feet 8 inches and weighing 185 pounds. Marlin is known to frequent the area of E.123rd Street and Lakeview Road. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
