(Cleveland) - A suspect in the murder of a Cleveland Heights woman has been found dead by police in an otherwise empty apartment unit in Richmond Heights. Oscar Allen, Jr., had been the boyfriend of Crystal Smith, the 32-year-old mother of six, whose dead body was found by her children inside their apartment in Cleveland Heights back on January 22nd.
Police were tipped to Allen's location at the Loganberry Apartment complex by an anonymous caller. Initial indications are that Allen died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
