(CLEVELAND) Conversation hearts topped the lists in 23 states as most popular Valentine's Day candy but, in Ohio, it came in second to chocolates in a heart-shaped box.
The survey found Hershey's kisses, M&Ms, candy necklaces, and chocolate hearts and roses all on the list as well. Experts expected $1.7-billion will be spent on candy for the sweetest holiday.
