Cleveland - The Cleveland Indians announced Tuesday that fans can register for the 2019 Ticket Purchase Opportunity for the chance to gain early access to the club’s Home Opener on Monday, April 1st – before single-game tickets go on sale to the general public on Feb. 26th.
Fans who register for the 2019 Ticket Purchase Opportunity will have a chance to be randomly selected for early access to 2019 Opening Day. To sign up, fans can visit Indians.com/OpeningDay and enter their contact information. The signup deadline is Monday, Feb. 20 and selected fans will be notified via email.
“In order to give greater access to fans, we’ve enacted this online registration for Opening Day,” said Jeff Wallace, Cleveland Indians director of ticket sales. “While the Ticket Purchase Opportunity gives fans a chance for Opening Day tickets, fans can guarantee Opening Day and All-Star Week tickets by purchasing an eligible Season Ticket Plan.* Opening Day tickets are very limited so we cannot guarantee that tickets will remain when the Public Onsale goes live on February 26.”
The Public Onsale will give fans access to single-game tickets for every other Progressive Field game during the 2019 season. Tickets will go on sale at Indians.com/Tickets starting at 10 a.m. ET on Tuesday, Feb. 26th.
In addition to Opening Day and single-game priority, Indians Season Ticket Holders receive the following perks:
- All-Star Week priority
- Major savings over single-game prices at Progressive Field
- Access to exclusive Season Ticket Holder merchandise and experiences though Tribe Rewards
- Postseason priority
- Exclusive access to players through Tribe Fest VIP, annual summer Season Ticket Holder event
- And more
