Cleveland Fire Battalion Chief Arrested

Cleveland - A Cleveland firefighter may not be able to put out this fire.

Cleveland Division of Police Chief Calvin D. Williams and Division of Fire Chief Angelo Calvillo have announced that Fire Battalion Chief William Graham was arrested Monday for disorderly conduct at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport at approximately 1 p.m.

Graham is accused of acting aggressively and being intoxicated while waiting at an airport gate. Police got involved after an unnamed airline refused to allow him to board a flight.

He was arrested by Cleveland Police and taken to the Cuyahoga County Jail for booking.

Graham is a 30 year veteran of the Division of Fire, and has been placed on restricted duty pending the adjudication of this case.
