Celtics Slip Past Cavaliers

(Cleveland, OH) -- Jayson Tatum put up 25 points to lead the Celtics to a 103-96 win over the Cavaliers in Cleveland. Gordon Hayward came off the bench to score 18 points and Marcus Smart added 17 as Boston won its fifth in-a-row.

The Celtics have won 10 of their last 11 overall to improve to 35-and-19.

Collin Sexton scored a game-high 27 points for Cleveland, which lost its second straight. Alec Burks pitched in with 21 points for the Cavs, who own the NBA's third-worst record at 11-and-43.
