Cleveland - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Jarell Davis. Davis is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Drug Enforcement Agency for possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl.
Davis, 29, is a black male, standing approximately 6 feet 1 inches and weighing 185 pounds. Davis last known address is the 700 Block of Case Ave., Elyria. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
