CLEVELAND, OH -- Tonight marked Dwayne Wade's last game in Cleveland, as his farewell tour continues. Dwayne Wade entered the game to a tribute video on the big screen, and Wade ended up providing the spark off of the bench that Miami needed.
The Cavaliers found themselves leading Miami by 5 heading into halftime, as the Cavalier played one of their best halves of the season. Despite playing so well in the first half, the Heat took complete control of the game in the third quarter, as they jumped to a 10 point lead with one quarter to go. After a sluggish start to the 4th quarter, the Cavaliers went on a 14-3 run with !:25 remaining, to cut the Heat lead to 97-90. On the following possession, Collin Sexton missed a wide open Osman, and turned the ball over, as the Heat hung on to win 100-94.
Just two nights ago, Cedi Osman put up his career high in points against the Boston Celtics, scoring 25 points. Osman tied his career high tonight in the third quarter, and finished the game with a career-high 29 points. Cavaliers' rookie Collin Sexton contributed 13 points on 4-13 shooting.
Cleveland will look to redeem themselves on Sunday afternoon, as they will face off against the Chicago Bulls in Chicago. Tip-off is set for 3:30 PM ET.
