(Rocky River) -- A man has been arrested after being caught leaving a grocery store with hundreds-of-dollars of unpaid steak in-tow. Rocky River Police apprehended Mark Donovan last week outside the Center Ridge Road Giant Eagle grocery store. Police say he was see leaving the store without paying for $245 in steak. He's facing theft and criminal trespassing charges.
