(Undated) – Former Ohio Governor John Kasich will be seen a lot more on TV in the coming months. Kasich, whose run as governor ended Monday, has been signed to work with CNN as a senior political commentator.
CNN says Kasich will appear on the network on an array of programs. His first appearance is Tuesday night at 9:00 on “Cuomo Prime Time.”
According to CNN, Kasich’s move to the network is notable, as he one of the most prominent critics of President Trump from within the Republican Party. Kasich is considering a run against Trump in 2020.
Kasich served two four-year terms as Governor of Ohio, but was term-limited from serving a third term. He was succeeded Monday by former Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine.
