Cleveland - The injury bug has bitten the Cleveland Cavaliers once again, this time on their center who may have been primed for a run at the all-star game.
Tristan Thompson will be out for the next two to four weeks, according to team officials. The news was brought forth by ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Thompson injured the foot in Monday night's 108-92 loss in Milwaukee to the Bucks. Thompson is averaging 12 points and over 11.5 rebounds per game for the wine and gold this season.
The Cavaliers have also lost forward and perennial all-star Kevin Love to an inured toe this season.
