(Cleveland, OH)  --  A Cleveland cop convicted of a felony won't spend any time in jail.  A judge today sentenced Thomas Tewell to one year of probation and 100 hours of community service.  He must also pay a $1,000 fine.  Tewell was found guilty of using a police database to look up information on a 17-year-old girl, with whom he was having an inappropriate relationship.
