Cavs Out-Work Rockets for 2nd straight Win 117-108

CLEVELAND-Don't look now, but the Cavs on back-to-back nights have defeated two of the top teams in the NBA.

After the Cavs defeated the Philadelphia 76ers, Cleveland returned home to defeat the James Harden-led Houston Rockets (no Chris Paul) 117 to 108.

The efforts of Collin Sexton is on full display as he had 29 points which was a season-high. This was done with only 34 minutes of play. Tristan Thompson dominated the boards with 20 rebounds. There was also a sequence where David Nwaba had three offensive rebounds before scoring on the 4th try.

The Cavs won two games in a row for the first time this season and they look to win three in a row when they host the Minnesota Timberwolves on Monday night.
