Be on the lookout for a missing adult. On November 18, 2018 at 12:00 AM, Mr. Reed walked away from his residence and has failed to return.
The incident took place in Cuyahoga County, OH on West 33rd Street in the city of Cleveland 44109.The adult's name is Arthur Reed and the individual is missing.
The adult is a White male, age 65, is 5'8" tall, weighs 136 lbs, and has brown hair and brown eyes. Mr. Reed has Dementia. He has a full beard and was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.
