Cleveland Heights - Police have issued an Amber alert for 6-month-old Emery Seals, who was allegedly abducted by her mother, 26-year-old Alexis Barnes, from an apartment in the 2600 block of Noble Road in Cleveland Heights at around 7:00AM Saturday.
According to police, Alexis Barnes has mental health issues and is believed to be off her medication.
The baby is in the custody of the Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services.
Alexis Barnes was last seen wearing a black robe, and leaving the apartment on foot with the infant.
Cleveland Heights Police believe the abduction of Emery by her mother poses a threat of immediate danger or serious harm to the baby.
