Greater Clevelanders flip LeBron the Bird

Hard Rock Turkey Donation

(Independence) - iHeartMedia Cleveland’s on-air personality Mike Trivisonno from Newsradio WTAM 1100 conducted “Flip LeBron the Bird,” a holiday turkey drive to benefit St. Augustine Church and Hunger Center on West 14th Street. 

The afternoon show broadcast was live from iHeartMedia Cleveland’s parking lot and encouraged listeners to stop by and donate frozen turkeys when Los Angeles Lakers player Lebron James returns to Cleveland to play against his old team, the Cavaliers.Making a huge donation was the Hard Rock Rocksino, with a total of 76 birds. 

Don Frey (fry) and Sylvia Watson of Hard Rock say their employees wanted to so something special this Thanksgiving, and that made for a huge donation. 

To encourage fans to “Flip LeBron the Bird,” iHop provided a gift card valid for a free breakfast to the first 100 people that donate a frozen turkey.

St. Augustine Church and Hunger Center has a strong reputation for their daily meal program offered to the Cleveland community in need.
