(Cleveland) - A Cleveland man has surrendered to police, several days after he triggered a statewide Amber Alert by breaking into the home of his baby's mother on Central Avenue and assaulting her, then taking the little girl out of the home and stealing the victim's car in order to make his getaway.
Ronald Davis is 28 years old. Many charges are forthcoming. Davis dropped the one-month old girl, Raniyah May, with a relative that same day, and then took off again in Tanaeisa May's Chevy Malibu. The baby was taken by the relative to University Hospital, and was apparently unharmed.
