Cleveland - Police are looking for a 29-year-old man in the brutal assault on an 18-month-old girl.
Investigators say Daniel Belcher is accused of inflicting severe injuries, including multiple fractures, broken ribs, punctured lungs and a lacerated liver.
The child's mother was arrested at University Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital, where the baby remains.
Daniel Belcher is not the child's father.
